I can’t put into words how much I love the More Than Pasta food truck. We have visited multiple times and have tried many different dishes. Each time, we get large portions of delicious Italian food that’s infused with a little bit of Texas love. The Sunday Gravy, marinara, sausage and meatballs are all homemade and remind me of my grandmothers cooking. Both Steve and Michael are friendly and serve up a positive attitude with the amazing food. There is even a gluten free option for gluten sensitive folks! Highly recommended- you won’t be disappointed

We were completely amazed at how good the food was from More Than Pasta. They say it’s homemade and that is no joke!! You can taste it and see that this food is going to be delicious. I had the penne pasta with the Sunday gravy and meatballs. There were 4 large meatballs and the gravy has meat already in it. Taste was absolutely delicious! My husband had the penne with herb and garlic oil - his plate was empty in minutes! The cheesy garlic bread helped clean the plate of any sauce left behind. Highly recommend More Than Pasta for a great meal!

I was lucky enough to experience More Than Pasta at Bernhardt Winery and I'm so happy I did! I ordered the chicken parm sausage pasta and it was a pleasant surprise! The "sausage" was delicious and the pasta was a perfect al dente. Really well balanced bowl of pasta and the garlic bread was amazing! We also decided to try the canolli, which was a really good decision! The shell was perfectly crispy and the filling was great! It's not uncommon to have a grainy filling, but this wasn't the case! Definitely great Italian food from a food truck! Would eat here again!

More than pasta is back and better than ever since they're accident from a drunk driver in June. I highly recommend the fresh pasta, homemade meats & sauces plus the best Italian desserts in the woodlands area.

Wow! Ordered the weekly fall special and the flavor combination is insanely delicious! The butternut squash is lightly sweet yet savory, the Brussel sprouts bring a bright crunch to this dish, the homemade pasta was to die for and the smoked chicken was cooked perfectly! Steve is obviously an amazing chef and was very welcoming. Best food I have had from a food truck in a long while! Update: Still absolutely amazing food! Big portions, fresh and always yummy!
